1. Company Overview

NexD International specializes in importing non-ferrous, copper-rich industrial scrap from international markets and distributing it to Indian recycling industries, dismantling units, and manufacturers. The company prioritizes copper-based scrap with minimal inclusion of aluminum and brass.

2. Eligibility

Open to Indian buyers with valid business registration and GSTIN, and international sellers/exporters with proper scrap export licensing.

3. Product Specification

All goods are industrial scrap and second-hand material including electric motors, compressors, copper windings, alternators, and non-ferrous machine parts. Products are sold “as-is” based on mutual understanding and grading.

4. Ordering Process

Indian Buyers: Written purchase orders or pro forma invoice confirmation required.
International Suppliers: Material listing, grading, photos, and shipping documents must be shared.

5. Payment Terms

Indian Customers: 100% advance for first-time buyers. Credit terms for repeat clients. Payment via NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI.
International Suppliers: L/C, T/T, Advance bank transfer & Payment against documents. All bank charges outside India are borne by the supplier.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Imported Scrap: Delivered to Indian port under FOB / CIF / CFR Incoterms.
Domestic Distribution: Delivery from Bhavnagar warehouse or via third-party transport partners.

7. Taxes & Compliance

GST (18%) applicable on domestic invoices. In addition TCS (1%) on scrap applicable. Compliance with DGFT, MoEF, and CPCB regulations.

8. Quality & Dispute Resolution

Quality is based on international grading standards. Any discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

9. No Return / Refund Policy

Scrap and second-hand goods are non-returnable.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, website content, logos, and designs are the property of NexD International.

11. Limitation of Liability

NexD International shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the invoice value.

12. Force Majeure

NexD International is not liable for delays due to natural disasters, customs delays, political unrest, or strikes.

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
